Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We at SEF Fitness & Wellness LLP (operated under the brand Born 2 Build) strive to provide the best fitness transformation experience. Please read our Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully.

Enrollment Cancellation:

• Participants may cancel their enrollment within 48 hours of registration for a full refund.
• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the 48-hour window due to the customized nature of the program and resource allocation.

Refunds:

• Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
• In case of payment gateway failures or transaction issues, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Program Changes:

• We reserve the right to modify the program schedule or content if necessary. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

No-Show Policy:

• Failure to attend the program sessions does not qualify for refunds or extensions.
